I like it, but the mix is a bit muddy and the mids sound scooped, almost like an 80’s thrash metal guitar tone.

Was it? Yeah, long time ago - 11 years, I was 16 when I made it - I don't remember a whole lot other than that I made it on a cheap, secondhand Lenovo Thinkpad that was falling apart and crashed regularly - lol. The inspiration was the Lavender Town theme - which a lot of people called out from the beginning lol. I think I made it in something like 2 and a half hours. It blew my mind to find it randomly blowing up years later from Geometry Dash.

Fun fact: These days, I produce with FL Studio 11 - so I suppose I'm still stuck in the past
